we soak blanched bitter apricot kernels in the hot water about 70 degree for 2 hours each time  which the step need repeat 3  times to meet bitter removing requirements, even more 4 times.

There are 14 drying beds .  After bitter removing process , the blanched debitter apricot kernels are so wet , so we need dry them .  The temperature can reach 97 degree  for 9.5 hours each time .
